Here is how your order is produced and delivered. Because our merchandise is made to order, an order moves through production before it ships.
Production time
Items are produced to order by our print provider before shipping. Production usually takes a few days; busier periods may take a little longer.
Shipping rates and delivery time
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, and delivery time depends on the carrier and where you are. Your total production-plus-transit time is the sum of both stages.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States to start, and may expand shipping destinations over time. Available options are shown at checkout for your address.
Tracking
When your order ships, we send a confirmation with tracking so you can follow it to your door.
Delays
Occasionally production or carrier delays occur outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at Info@thereaperenergy.com and we will help track it down.
Lost or damaged in transit
