Eligibility
You must be the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order after it is placed — for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or availability.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. We work to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors can occur; where we discover an error, we may correct it or cancel the affected order.
Made-to-order products
Most merchandise is printed and produced to order through a third-party print provider. Because each item is made for you, slight variations in color, placement, and finish are normal and are not considered defects.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider at checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both are part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Reaper Energy name, logos, the RE mark, the Little Reaper character, artwork, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimers
The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reaper Energy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
